Everything required for production-ready synchronization
Built deliberately for developers, agencies, and businesses that need reliable, clean data flows into Brevo.
Keep contacts and lists organized
Map any Gravity Forms field to a Brevo contact field, including your custom fields. Add contacts to multiple lists, or remove them from selected lists as part of the same workflow.
Brevo matches contacts by email. Returning visitors can update their existing contact details, or you can leave their details unchanged while adding them to new lists.
Manage consent and double opt-in
Use Gravity Forms conditional logic to send a contact only when they select your consent checkbox.
You can also turn on double opt-in for a form, using your own Brevo confirmation email and thank-you page.
Send leads into Brevo CRM
If you use Brevo Sales CRM, the add-on can create or update companies and link contacts to them.
It can also create deals in the pipeline and stage you choose, linked to both the contact and the company.
Map fields with less manual cleanup
Dropdowns load fields, lists, templates, and pipelines from your Brevo account. Map form fields, send fixed values, or use Gravity Forms merge tags. Dates, numbers, yes/no answers, and dropdown choices are converted to the formats Brevo expects. Phone numbers can include your default country code when a visitor leaves it out.
Route submissions by form or condition
Create multiple Brevo feeds for a form, each with its own settings and conditions. For example, send wholesale enquiries to one list and newsletter sign-ups to another.
See what synced and resend when needed
Each WordPress entry shows its sync status, the Brevo records created, the lists joined, and the exact error message if something went wrong. Resync an entry from its screen without creating duplicate companies or deals.
If a phone number is already attached to another Brevo contact, the contact is still saved without that number, and the entry note explains what happened.
Protect your Brevo API key
Connect with a single Brevo API key. The add-on checks the key with Brevo before saving it, stores it encrypted, and never shows the full key again or writes it to a log.

Frequently asked questions
Does it use Zapier?
No. The add-on connects Gravity Forms directly to Brevo, without Zapier or other middleware.
What happens if Brevo is unavailable?
Gravity Forms saves the entry in WordPress. The entry shows the sync status and any error details, and you can try again using Resync.
Can one form send submissions to different lists?
Yes. You can create multiple feeds for a form and give each its own conditions and settings.
Do I need Brevo Sales CRM?
No. Contact and list syncing work with any Brevo account. Company and deal creation require Brevo Sales CRM to be enabled.
What do I need to use the add-on?
WordPress 5.8 or later, PHP 7.2 or later, Gravity Forms 2.5 or later, and a Brevo account.
