At NonStopDev.us, we provide digital software products, tools, and services. Because our products are delivered electronically and access is granted immediately, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date for digital products purchased through NonStopDev.us.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
- The purchase must have been made directly through NonStopDev.us
- The product must not have been obtained through abuse or misuse (including violation of our Terms of Service)
Refunds will not be issued for requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Requests submitted after the 30-day refund window
- Abuse of promotional offers, free trials, or refunds
- Account suspensions or terminations due to violations of our policies
- Dissatisfaction based on changes or improvements made to the product after purchase
- Failure to review product descriptions or system requirements before purchase
How to Request a Refund
If you purchased a plugin, extension, or digital product through an ecommerce marketplace or third-party platform, please submit your refund request directly through that platform according to their refund process.
If you purchased directly through NonStopDev.us, or if you are unsure where your purchase was made, you may contact us through our website and submit a refund request using the contact form.
When submitting a refund request, please include:
- Your name
- Order number or proof of purchase (if available)
- Product name
- Reason for the refund request
All communications regarding refunds should be submitted through the contact page on NonStopDev.us.
We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 5 business days .
Refund Processing
If your request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
- You will be notified once the refund has been processed
Subscription Refunds
For services billed on a recurring basis:
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
- Partial refunds are not issued for unused subscription time unless legally required
- If your refund request falls within the 30-day window, only the most recent charge may be eligible
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support first, your account may be suspended while the matter is reviewed. We strongly recommend contacting us directly before submitting disputes through your bank or payment provider.
